Retail Sales Head

We are looking for a dynamic and result‐driven Retail Sales Head to lead our sales initiatives in the PR and advertising space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media solutions, client servicing, and revenue generation within the retail segment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing retail clients across Pan India markets and nearby markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business targets
  • Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision‐makers in the PR and advertising ecosystem
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the retail sector
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, operations) to deliver effective campaigns and solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and closures
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Key Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales within PR, advertising, media, or digital marketing industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong network within retail brands and agencies is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to independently manage the region

Desired Attributes

  • Qualifications in Mass Communication, Journalism, or PR.
  • Experience working with media platforms, content distribution, or digital PR solutions
  • Familiarity with tech driven PR and digital media intelligence.
