Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships: You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling: Using your proactive approach, you will connect with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and leads, to initiate conversations and identify sales opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed‐upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule: You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets, utilising your strategic thinking and sales skills to drive results and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments: Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with cross‐functional teams and departments to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to sales, maximising efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction: Addressing customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally is vital. You will be responsible for managing and resolving any problems or complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage your daily work using CRM software: Efficiently organise and track your sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM software to ensure accurate reporting and effective pipeline management.
