We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to join NewsReach. The role involves generating new business leads, connecting with brands and businesses, pitching PR and media solutions, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and networking skills, a passion for PR, media, and branding, and a results-oriented approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships: You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling: Using your proactive approach, you will connect with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and leads, to initiate conversations and identify sales opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed‐upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule: You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets, utilising your strategic thinking and sales skills to drive results and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments: Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with cross‐functional teams and departments to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to sales, maximising efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction: Addressing customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally is vital. You will be responsible for managing and resolving any problems or complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage your daily work using CRM software: Efficiently organise and track your sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM software to ensure accurate reporting and effective pipeline management.
