Assistant Manager – Brand Solutions & Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Solutions

  • Ideate and develop integrated brand campaign strategies across digital, print, and regional media.
  • Translate client briefs into creative, content-driven marketing solutions in collaboration with sales and editorial teams.
  • Develop customized brand proposals, campaign decks, and partnership pitches aligned with business goals.
  • Build strong brand narratives aligned with News Reach’s tone, mission, and IP ecosystem.

2. IP & Campaign Management (Crafting Bharat and Beyond)

  • Lead the ideation and long-term roadmap for flagship IPs such as Crafting Bharat — including new formats, thematic seasons, and extensions.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of IP-led events, conclaves, awards, and podcasts.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Maintain project trackers, production timelines, and detailed post-event or campaign reports.

3. Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Oversee News Reach’s and Crafting Bharat’s digital presence — including social media, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Curate and manage LinkedIn content for founders and leadership to build thought leadership narratives.
  • Create and maintain quarterly social media calendars with data-backed optimization for engagement and visibility.
  • Drive PR and communication efforts with external media and ecosystem partners.

4. Brand Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, and publishers.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities and manage sponsorship integrations for events and digital properties.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for campaign coordination, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

5. Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Track campaign and content performance across platforms; analyse KPIs to optimize impact.
  • Generate insights, case studies, and success stories for internal and external communication.
  • Present post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations and learnings.

Key Requirements

  • Strong grasp of brand storytelling, content marketing, and integrated communication.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with event management, brand partnerships, or IP development.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or Advertising.
  • 3–6 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or IP management, ideally within digital media, PR, or advertising domains.
  • Exposure to regional and vernacular media ecosystems is an advantage.
